What your notice must include

• Your name, address, phone number and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The URL of the material you want removed, specific enough for us to find it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that under penalty of perjury you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material we determine is likely infringing, and notify the account holder with a copy of the notice. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the address above including: your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), your agreement to accept service of process from the complainant, and your signature. We will forward it to the complainant and may restore the material after 10 business days unless they tell us they've filed a court action.
